The observation deck is closed.
The radio tower (Funkturm-Restaurant and observation deck) is closed due to renovation work.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the radio tower, extensive renovation measures are planned to preserve the historic structure and prepare it for the future. The planned renovation includes both the restoration of the supporting structure and the modernization of the technical infrastructure. The radio tower is to be preserved as a technical monument, a tourist attraction, and an architectural highlight.
The renovation work is expected to take place from May 5th to until mid-November 2025. During this period, the radio tower will unfortunately remain closed to visitors.
We look forward to presenting the radio tower in its new splendor after the renovation is completed and cordially invite you!
